Ardika Bagus Saputro is a passionate Site Reliability Engineer of Commerce Enablement at Gojek with over 5 years of experience in infrastructure services on Cloud technologies and DevOps practices. He is highly skilled in Linux operating systems, load balancers (Nginx, HAProxy), and scripting and programming (Golang, Python, Bash). Ardika is also well-versed in the system development life cycle process and continuously seeks to expand his knowledge in cloud practices, microservices, and software development. In his current role at Gojek, Ardika is responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of the Kubernetes cluster (self-managed Kops on AWS) and acts as the Person in Charge of CI/CD implementation and support for the product engineers team. He has managed a framework for infrastructure as code with Terraform, Ansible, and Packer and has implemented Terraform management repository with GitOps to maintain and manage all AWS resources. Ardika has also improved in-house-tools for Terraform wrapper script to work with multiple directories and run on CI/CD environment and for managing SSH access for EC2 by utilizing Google SSO, Pluggable Authentication Module (PAM), and Name Server Switch (NSS). He is on-call duties on Kubernetes infrastructure and deployment. Prior to joining Gojek, Ardika served as a DevOps Lecturer at Purwadhika Digital Technology School, where he shared his DevOps skills and knowledge with students. He was also a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Moka, where he was responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and stability of the Kubernetes cluster, among other responsibilities. Ardika holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya and completed his high school education at SMA Negeri 1 Gresik. His tech stack includes SRE, DevOps, infra, Kubernetes, Terraform, Golang, Microservices, Software Engineer, CI/CD, AWS, Python, Ansible, Jenkins, and Web. Ardika is a driven and ambitious engineer who is always seeking to learn and improve his skills in the field.
